Our Client is looking for Mid-Level Business Analyst - Jacksonville, FL. This is for a 6 months Contract position. The Hourly rate is $35/Hr on C2C. Kindly review it and let me know your interest.

Job Requirements:

Business analysis for strategic Marketing and Sales Capabilities. Represent the business community and IT in prioritizing, analyzing and documenting business processes changes anticipated with the introduction of new capabilities.

* Work directly with clients/leadership at various levels within the organization and with outside parties to research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow IT staff to collaboratively develop the solution proposal.

* Conducts business process analysis, needs assessment and cost-benefit analysis studies.

* Works with business partners and other IT staff to explore if and what solutions to best meet the customer's needs. Prepares and presents these findings to the client for decisions on which options to pursue.

* Lead the development and documentation of requirements (functional, detail or high level) that capture business needs and process scenarios.

* Lead and or participate on a team of business SMEs to evaluate the design against the requirements. Assists with writing test conditions, scripts, and/or scenarios. Participates in testing.

* Creates communication plans for roll-out to user group. Coordinates with Training to develop and support training on new or upgraded products, job aids, "lunch

and learn" sessions, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

* Must possess a solid, demonstrated Industry knowledge in the healthcare.

* Strong understanding of Project Management Methodology and Product Development Methodology is required.

* Solid knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle methodology is a plus.

* Must have solid demonstrated proficiency using PC skills, MS Suite products, flowcharting tools Must have a solid demonstrated proficiency using email and electronic scheduling calendars. Solid demonstrated proficiency using analytical tools is a plus.

* 4+ years of progressive work experience designing moderate to complex business processes, process mapping, working on large-scale process improvement initiatives and business system design.

* Bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent work experience is preferred.
