·       Functional Analyst with setup and implementation experience for PeopleSoft HRMS Profile Management in version 9.0 or 9.1.
·       Must have done set up of Qualifications including Competencies, Licenses and Certificates, Degrees, Honors and Awards, Languages and Majors via Profile Management.
·       Experience with Employee and Manager Self Service and Position Management.
·       Must have at least 3 implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS projects.
·       Good communication skills.
