• Basic UNIX navigation, shell scripts, UNIX group security model.
• Networking, graphical interfaces and system administration.
• UNIX syntax questions, server capacity management.
• Understanding of the structured repository and permissions.
• Knowledge of the SAS BI metadata and Enterprise Guide is a plus.
• Translate business user requests into technical tasks.
