Role	Senior IBM ODM Rules Designer
Mandatory Technical Skills	The candidate should have good knowledge of requirements gathering, designing, building and implementing IBM Websphere ODM 7.5 rules engine based solutions. Candidate should be able to help Customer get started with IBM ODM and gradually help them evolve in Business Process Management solutions. Required • This person will be part of development team and drive the IBM ODM implementation from scratch. • Should be experienced in business process design, modeling, development, integration, implementation and deployment using proper IBM standards • Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture for helping enterprise wide service integration • Should have experience in more than 4 IBM ODM implementations. • Should have strong experience in IBM BPM V7.5 Advanced suite of products and related IBM products – websphere ODM v7.5, Websphere Process Designer, Integration Designer , Decision Server v7.5, Decision Center. • Experience on End to End IBM Consulting services • Experience in handling large engagements as an Architect leading the team of Business Analysts, Developers.  • Experience in Understanding of Business Process Management and workflow • Leadership , People management skills • Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred. • Experience on Customer facing skills for business development opportunities for IBM ODM/BPM offerings • IBM ODM Certification is preferred.

Mandatory Functional Skills	Good Leadership capability, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills.

Total Experience Required	6-8 years
