Hi All we are looking for a "Business Analyst" with Oil and Gas Industry Experience

 

Duration:         6 to 12 months

Client:             Halliburton through Avanade

Start Date:        Jan 24, 2011

 

 

Project/Role or BD Task Description . . . . . . . . .

Several experienced Business Analysts are needed to execute the requirements gathering, analysis, and validation effort, and development of functional specifications and design of the new proposal authoring system.  The BAs will be working directly with an ACN team lead, the client Proj Mgr and their customer.

Client is reviewing their Order-to-Cash business process in order to make improvements and implement efficiencies across the company.  One of the projects under the overall program is to review their current Sales Order and Scheduling processes.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the client's business, to participate in a very strategic and important initiative, driven by the client's CEO.

 

Skills Required

A Business Process Analyst is needed to document business processes, gather business requirements, and manage scope.  The Process Analyst will work directly with the client and their customer.

 

The following skills are critical in a potential resource:

·         Data and process analysis skills

·         Requirements elicitation, writing & analysis skills

·         Scope management skills

·         Good communication and client facing skills

·         Excel, Visio, and presentation skills

·         Ability to work in self-directed way

·         Oil & Gas industry exp  

·         SAP SD & CRM knowledge helpful
