Skills:
1. MSTR developer with Crystal reporting.
2. Data modelling knowledge/ SQL knowledge.
3. Ability to work alone, take initiative and create ad hoc reporting environment based on minimal user requirements.
4. Ability to learn on the job, eg: learn oracle tuning,etc.
5. Knowledge of Crystal reporting SDK will be a definite winner as they are also looking at doing some Crystal SDK work.
