Required Skills/Experience  (Skills that the successful candidate(s) must have)


Candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following to perform the job well:
1. 7-10 years experience doing Web development using ASP, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript and XML using VS2003 and VS2008
2. 10 years experience doing Client-server development using VB
3. 5+ years experience coding VB.net and ASP.net
4. 5-10 years experience designing Object Oriented systems using UML and Agile.
5. 10 years experience doing SQL server-side programming including stored procedure, view, and DTS/SSIS package creation using Microsoft SQLServer 2000 and 2005
6. 10 years experience writing technical specifications and user documentation.
7. 10 years analyzing and designing complex computer systems.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. 5+ years implementing systems with Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls


Additional Skills (required)
• Gas and Electric Energy Trading, Commodities Trading
• Gas and Electric Commodity Accounting
• Accounting Principles
