Description:
1. Must fully train and conduct full knowledge transfer to technical developers on all aspects of the upgrade from PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 toPeopleSoft HCM 9.1
2. Must fully assist in the upgrade of current PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and assist in the management/transition as needed, of customizations of the software per Clients HR and IT requirements and the HCM 9.1 software
3. Must follow ITSB technical standards and requirements.
4. Must follow Clients ITSB policies and procedures.
5. Must thoroughly transition and train the identified ITSB staff who will be maintaining this newly upgraded PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 solution.
6. Must be technical subject matter expert with PeopleSoft Human Resources version 8.9 and PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and have upgrade experience.
7. Must be technical subject matter expert with PeopleSoft Time and Labor module.
8. Minimum 5 years as a PeopleSoft Developer
9. Must be technical subject matter expert regarding PeopleTools 8.5X
10.Must have expertise in retrofitting customized objects (components,pages, fields, records, modified PeopleCode, etc)
