Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering field with more than 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in Java/J2EE based server-side application development or masters degree with more than 2 years experience.

• Understands the principles of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns and relational DB.

• Experience in Flex technology a major plus.

• Solid understanding of Java, JSP, Servlet, XML, Struts, Spring.

• Strong working knowledge of the Oracle 11g database, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures and basic SQL tuning.

• Eclipse and OO Design tools (TogetherJ, Rational) experience.

• Experience installing and configuring different web and application servers

• Good understanding of the JEE deployment process and build tools like Apache Ant, Maven etc..

• Must demonstrate working knowledge of Tomcat

• Must have a good understanding of the Unix and Windows operating system

• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

• Experience in handling technical workshops with customers

• Experience in working efficiently with remote teams.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress
