[Outsource:48095] Urgent Need: Sr. IT Technical Recruiters for our Hyderabad Office

We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.

 

Location: Hyderabad

Needs to start immediately

 

The ideal candidate for Technical recruiter must have

 

At least 2 years of total experience in Technical Recruiting

At least 2  years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India.

Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, etc.)

Very familiar with contract position like Corp-Corp, 1099, W2 Contract, Contract to  Hire etc.,

Strong communication and inter personal skills

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment

Person should be willing to work in Night Shift.
