Client requires a common approach and leveraging BOE (BOBJ) as it pertains to rolling out a repeatable toolset/application across multiple locations/countries. This approach should address the following criteria:

o Best Practices

o Guidelines (incl. Training)

o Standards

o Go To Market (Rollout) Considerations

• Key Deliverables:

o Provide a BOBJ Demo environment addressing the above criteria in order to show and enable capabilities

o BW- Integration is a Core need

o WebI, Xcelsius (now Dashboards) more critical than Crystal Reports w/ Adv. Analytics TBD?

o Leverage some of the current BW data to render in BOBJ

• Start date:

o End of march, Begin of April

• Duration

o 5 +months
