Informatica Developer

Location: Milwaukee WI

Duration: 9 months (with probable extension)

 

 

Job Description:

 

Looking for these skills, qualifications, experience:

•             5+ years of IT experience in data warehouse and business intelligence applications

•             Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter

•             Experience with the full project life cycle of Data Warehouse projects

•             Expertise in developing mappings, mapplets and transformations using Informatica

•             Experience in performance tuning of Informatica (sources, targets, mappings and sessions)

•             Experience in Unix Scripting & Shell Programming

•             Experience with Autosys job scheduling a plus

•             Experience in preparing and maintaining project design documents such as high level design, detailed design, and mapping documents.

•             Experience in creating test plans and supporting test documents.

•             Experience in unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

•             Experience with change request analysis, estimation, change control and implementation planning.

•             Excellent leadership and communication skills.

•             Experience with Sybase and IBM DB2 (UDB)

•             Excellent SQL skills (development, tuning, troubleshooting)

•             Experience with business analysis, requirement gathering, standard design using tools such as Visio following methodologies such as UML
