Hi All,

 

One of my client is looking for  Sr. Technical Business Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI.  Phone hire.  COM skills MUST be super strong.

 

Required Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field -or- 10 years equivalent work experience is required.

8 or more years of technical project management or business analysis experience.

8 or more years of experience in facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements.

8 or more years experience performing within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

8 or more years of experience managing and leading projects.

Must be able to create detailed charts and graphs and work with pivot tables.

Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and documenting business processes.

Experience creating high-level application system flow charts

Experience with various web-based and mainframe technologies.

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.

Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.

Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business clients.

 

Candidates selected for interviews, will be required to supply a representative sampling of their writing in the form of business requirements and memorandum directed to senior management. The samples provided must have been written within the last 12 months.

 

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

 

Optimal Trace experience.

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMP, or other IT certifications are a plus.

Experience in software vendor relationship/management activities.
