LOCAL MN Senior Java candidates? Would consider non local but locals will be looked at first.  Looking for a very  Senior Java Architect with 9/10 communication skills as well as fantastic technical skills (will need to take an assessment test before being submitted).
 
#1. Applications Architect - Java
General Skills:
•             Highly logical / problem solver
•             Visionary with a good mix of strategic and tactical approaches
•             Data Modeling proficiency
•             UML in general, incorporation with SDLC would be a plus
•             Good integration skills
•             Good with diverse team members
•             Team mentor
 
Java-specific skills:
•             JPA and equivalent
•             JSF 2.0 & facelets,
•             Richfaces & AJAX
•             JMS
•             Portal & portal themes
•             SOA
•             RAD and / or Eclipse
•             WebSphere Content Manager  - preferred
•             WAS server configuration skills & server infrastructure skills
