Looking for a very Senior Java Architect with 9/10 communication skills as well as fantastic technical skills (will need to take an assessment test before being submitted).

· Highly logical / problem solver
· Visionary with a good mix of strategic and tactical approaches
· Data Modeling proficiency
· UML in general, incorporation with SDLC would be a plus
· Good integration skills
· Good with diverse team members
· Team mentor
Java-specific skills:
· JPA and equivalent
· JSF 2.0 & facelets,
· Richfaces & AJAX
· JMS
· Portal & portal themes
· SOA
· RAD and / or Eclipse
· WebSphere Content Manager - preferred
· WAS server configuration skills & server infrastructure skills
