Performance Engineer in .NET - CITI
Performance engineers(not testers) who must have good experience on performance tuning, profiling, who can understand the current Systems Architecture and troubleshoot the performance issues. They should be able to come out with the test plan for the testing team (it looks like LoadRunner is being used for testing) and suggest what needs to be tested. They need to look at the performance test result and analyze the current solution architecture to improve the performance.
