10+ years of PeopleSoft ERP implementation experience with CORE HCM Experience with at least -5 full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations as a consultant Deep understanding of relevant application set-ups and organization structure Understanding and experience in designing and implementing leading practices of relative business flows Experience with Standard SDLC methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert with MS PowerPoint,MS Project, Word, and Excel Excellent client interaction skills Year/BS degree and Tier Consulting experience Deep functional understanding of PS Administer Workforce, Exp. w/PS 9.0+ HCM module, Reqmts gathering, design, configuration, MUST HAVE either PS 9. exp or exp. on global implementations
