Position: Java Lead

Phoenix , AZ

Duration: Long Term

Rate : $60/hr on C2C  

2  position

 

Required:

·         Core Skills  – strong J2EE  

·         Expert in object-oriented JavaScript

·         Expert in semantic markup w/ HTML4/5

·         Expert in data exchange between application layers via XML and JSON

·         Expert with AJAX development and interaction

·         Expert in the concept of progressive enhancement

·         Expert in at least two of the following UI frameworks: JQuery[UI]/Dojo/Touch/Prototype/Script.aculo.us

·         Proficient understanding of software engineering methodologies and design patterns; ability to driving good software engineering practices

·         Proficient in mobile web UI development and best practices

·         Proficient estimation skills

·         Proficient in documenting architectural solutions and code

·         Knowledgeable in automated, user experience testing methods.

·         Proven ability to take leadership in proposing, researching and implementing creative technology solutions

·         Comfortable in both UNIX and Windows environments

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Excellent communication skills

 

Preferred:

·         Strong Java/J2EE experience (Struts, Web Services, JAXB, XML/XLST/XSD, Maven build system, Subversion etc).

·         Experience on using Application servers such as WebSphere6.x, WebLogic etc. Onsite, offshore coordination experience.
