Job Description:
This position will provide SAP Enterprise Architecture support for the NC Department of Transportation's SAP environment. This environment services over 5,000 users and includes instances of ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Business Objects, CRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI.

SAP Enterprise Architecture support includes but is not limited to: providing technical coaching and performing complex technical design around SAP systems and interfaces, optimizing performance of SAP, maintaining system integrity, and overall system architecture. Additional responsibilities may include administering SAP's correction and transport system, developing procedures to ensure a stable environment, applying support stacks and SAP notes, and performing system backup/restore and disaster recovery operations.
