Sharepoint Architect to support enterprise business applications and data migration. Must have strong consulting skills as this will be a position that is very close to the client. Candidate must have solid technical architecture experience with Sharepoint as well.
"Position Summary:
The Software Architect is responsible for overall architecture creation, design, development and implementation. The individual in this position is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in all aspects of IT system development life cycle. The individual is confident in developing requirements and design specifications. The individual in this position serves as a leader in the integration of solutions, designing systems in specialized area(s), developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. This position also required that the individual work with the sales organization in pre-sales activities and to assist in the preparation of project proposals from a technical viewpoint.
The individual is also responsible for technical prototyping of designed application architecture. The individual in this position should have the experience in all aspects of application development in the business world and extensive experience in all aspects of system integration and basic understanding of network system and hardware.
Responsibilities
• Analyze, define, and document technical requirements.
• Architecting solution options according to high level analysis.
• Review high-level architecture options with business and technical stakeholders and clients.
• Define and document the final architecture.
• Development of Work Effort and cost estimates.
• Assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality
• Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about systems.
