 1. Expert knowledge of websphere portal content publishing(WPCP) (rules engine knowledge)
2. Expert in writing custom code for personalization with rules engine.
3. Strong knowledge of J2EE, IBM Portlet API.
4. Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, DHTML.
5. Ability to understand the existing code.

6. Experience with Travel Domain will be added advantage
