Job description:

Must have hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) process and HCI principles
Self-motivated and be able to lead design teams to ensure the overall success of the projects
Work closely with functional teams across the organization to assess business needs, UI requirements and user interaction strategies
Lead collaborative design sessions, conduct user research interviews and present designs to business stakeholders during the development lifecycle
Create user task and interaction flows, site maps, wireframes and high-fidelity screen designs that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various products
Keep abreast of current methodologies, technologies and trends in the industry, including Web 2.0, social networking, e-commerce, etc.
