Candidate should have 10+ yrs of total IT experience and must worked in Pega for 5 to 6 yrs and should be hands on in the current version.
He should be Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega.
This is purely technical architect role.
look for candidates having Lead System Architect (LSA) certification, but desirable.
